Beat the Heat

What time is it? Summer time! It’s our vacation! However, I’m not a student anymore so… What vacation?

Luckily, I can still manage to squeeze in some time for travel. Here are some of the photos from my latest escapade (all of which are outfit photos, by the way).

No, I’m not campaigning for a certain candidate. I just wanted to be as bright as the sunshine.

My favorite kind of flat shoes. They’re so comfortable (perfect for traveling) yet stylish.

Again and Again

I know It’s been a while since my last post. Argh. I’m so busy but I’m trying my best to keep my blog updated.

PhotobucketI’m wearing a peplum top again. Sundays are always laid-back days and this top fits the bill. Long-sleeved tops are my favorite go-to. Metallic pants and animal-print bags, on the other hand, never fail to level up any ensemble.

Give Love Everyday

What I did for my loves last Valentines Day:PhotobucketChocolate Lollipops!!!

PhotobucketThey’re very easy to make, you could do them everyday! You just have to prepare the following ingredients and materials (shown above):

-Chocolate Melts

-Molds

-Decorating Bags/Foil

-Lollipop Sticks

-Plastic Wrappers

-Ribbons

I bought all these (except for the ribbons) at Michaels but I’m sure they’re readily available in any baking supplies store. PhotobucketThen, follow these easy steps (still depends on the resources):

1. Melt the hard chocolate using a microwave oven.

2. Using the decorating bag/foil, pour the melted chocolate into the mold and insert the lollipop sticks.

3. Refrigerate the chocolates for 1 hour or until they harden.

4. Place the hardened chocolates into their individual plastic wrappers then seal/decorate them with ribbons.

5. Finally, share them with your loved ones! Spread the love!

Shedding My Skin

(Quick Post)

I’ve been sick for days already. It must be the weather. Ugh, I hate this feeling. That’s why today, I put on a simple outfit for church. I even have shades to hide my bare pale face. Haha.

I’m trying to blog as much as I can (hopefully, twice a week), work has really changed my life.

I love peplum tops! They’re very versatile plus, they CAN make your waist look slimmer (if you find the right one). I got this one on 50% off. I am one lucky girl.

Have you seen Pitch Perfect yet? I enjoyed it so much, the songs got stuck in my head. The title of this post is actually inspired by one of those songs (originally sung by Neyo).
